Daz Dillinger Claims His Music Was Used Without Permission in GTA 5, Wants the Game Recalled

Daz’s lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to Rockstar Games claiming that his songs “C-Walk” and “Nothin’ but the Cavi Hit” were used without permission. Apparently Rockstar offered him an “offensively low” $4,271 for both songs, which Daz turned down, but they went ahead and used the songs anyway.  What Daz won’t tell you is that these aren’t actually his songs – they’re songs with The Dogg Pound that he was featured on.  “Nothin’ but the Cavi Hit” is actually by Mack 10 featuring Daz – check it out below:
