Future Sues Drake for $1.5 MILLION after Drake Drops him From Tour

Future was supposed to be opening for Drake on the upcoming “Would You Like a Tour,” but after some comments made by Future in a recent issue of Bilboard, it looks like their relationship is on ice for the forseeable future.  It all started with this Future interview in Billboard, where he made some disparaging comments about Nothing Was The Same:

“Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you,” Future explained. “They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do. I want to make you want to fall in love.”

Apparently Drake didn’t take this very well, because he went ahead and booted Drake from his $40,000-a-night spot on the tour.  According to Page Six, “He told his agent either Future gets fired, or he’ll fire him.”  Those $40,000 checks added up to a cool $1.5 million, which Future is now suing to recover.
