Since police didn’t see it happen and it’s a misdemeanor offense … Wade had to file a PRIVATE criminal complaint with the D.A. — which means the alleged victim has to give the D.A. contact info for the alleged assailant.
Problem is … the paperwork was sent to A$AP’s record company — as Wade requested — via certified mail, but he wasn’t there to sign for it. Bottom line … the docs were returned to sender.
Now the D.A.’s Office can’t move forward … until Wade provides a viable address where A$AP can get served with assault and harassment charges.
Rocky’s wild behavior on tour continues to come back to bite him in the ass… just because they couldn’t find him this time doesn’t mean he’s safe from charges forever. He has since spoken about learning to calm down on the road and keep it cool. But the rowdiness and crowdsurfing have become a staple of A$AP Mob shows – let’s hope they can keep the fun atmosphere while avoiding injuring fans.
