This upcoming Monday, August 18, the one-of-a-kind series for sneakerheads returns – Detroit Rubber.

Season Two of Detroit Rubber, which WatchLOUD produced together with Eminem’s Shady Films , has it’s own set of twists, turns, and surprise guests, and you’ll get to see them on watchLOUD every week, but for those of you not familiar with the show and it’s cast, let us introduce you.

Based in Detroit, the Burn Rubber sneaker boutique was founded by Rick Williams and Ro Spit, two natives of the D. They met when Rick was a dancer and Ro was the MC for the same local group. Rick became an intern at Burn Rubber before taking over for the previous owner in 2007. Ro Spit came up the music way, making a name for himself in the rap circuit before getting recruited by Rick to run the freshest stop for kicks in Detroit. Today, Burn Rubber is one of the most well-known and highly-respected sneaker boutiques in the world – let alone America.

Now they’re back with Season Two, but before that gets underway, we take you through a quick spin of what happened last season to refresh your memory.
