Jesus Take The Wheel! Michael Brown’s Memorial Has Been Burned

When will this drama end? While Ferguson has been somewhat quiet lately, the outrage has picked back up after a new abomination has struck the Brown family. Earlier this morning, someone set Michael Brown’s memorial on fire.

NBC reports that the Ferguson Fire Department received a call at 6:45 Tuesday morning at Canfield Drive, not far from where Brown was shot and killed. According to Capt. Jeremy Corcoran, firefighters used fire extinguishers to put out the flames that destroyed mementos that were left in memory of the slain 18-year-old.

Apparently, the cause of the fire is “not immediately clear.” While it was reported that there were candles at the memorial site, some are finding the explanation from the Ferguson authorities hard to believe. At this point, from the chaos that previously ensued from Ferguson police’s “response” to the crime surrounding Brown, it’s likely the truth will take a while to be confirmed.
