9th Wonder Talks About The Time He KEPT A Beat From Jay Z


A3C recently celebrated their 10th anniversary and Combat Jack and Premium Pete were on-site for all of the festivities. During their stay in the ATL, they hosted a live session of “The Combat Jack Show” with special guest 9th Wonder. The super producer and Harvard professor discussed his deep educational background, what got him into producing and his rise in the South.

9th got into his time at his alma mater North Carolina State University where he made an impact on the hip-hop scene in that area back in the ’90s. He also spoke about the time he denied Jay Z a track he had for his own group. His time making music for Destiny’s Child also came up and why he’s pushing his Jamla Records artist Rapsody.
