It looks like Interscope has hooked Kendrick Lamar up with the fat budget for his new video, “i.” Complete with tracking shots, an oiled-up Kenny, and even Ron Isley himself, the video, directed by Alexandre Moors & The Little Homies, is a cinematic portrait of Kendrick romping around his neighborhood, trying to uplift those around him. There’s even a shot of Kendrick hanging out a car window, Joker-style.
