The first rap reality competition show has officially revealed their celebrity panel of judges. A few months back, Slaughterhouse rapper KXNG Crooked announced his plans to launch the first rap reality competition of its kind along with Sway Calloway, King Tech, and SMH Records CEO Mike Smith. Now we’re learning more details about the show, including its celebrity judges.
T.I., The Game, and DJ Khaled have now been added to the ‘One Shot’ celebrity judges panel. They will join the likes of RZA, Twista, Tech N9ne, Scarface, E-40, The Breakfast Club’s Charlamagne Tha God, Joell Ortiz of Slaughterhouse, DJ Drama and the rest of the star-studded roster of Hip-Hop heavyweights who will judge the performers each week.
Crooked and his team will travel to eight cities across the country on the hunt for talent. The winner will take home a grand prize of $100,000 and a record deal with SMH Records. Rappers from all corners of the country have submitted their video entries to MyOneShot.TV in the hopes of getting their “one shot” at fame once they try out in their respective cities. Target cities will include Charlotte, Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Houston with at least one celebrity judge in each city.
