It’s no shock that Rick Ross has lost a significant amount of weight and the results cannot go unnoticed. In an exclusive interview with Good Morning America’s Sarah Haynes, Rozay discussed how his exercise program helped him shed off all that weight. He also expressed his opinion about the stereotype of rappers eating right and staying healthy.
“Two years ago I suffered from two seizures,” Ross explained. “I woke up from that and was like ‘wow I really need to reevaluate what I’m doing.”
He knows there are some who don’t think exercising is “cool.” But after his previous health scares in the past including several seizures, he realizes how important it is to stay fit. We’ve seen Rick Ross going super hard at his RossFit work out plan over the past few months. The CEO of Maybach Music Group has lost 85 lbs since he began getting in shape along with his work out partner DJ Khaled, who has also been getting more healthy and slimmer.
