Things Aren’t Looking Good For Bobby Shmurda & GS9

Epic Records has announced that they plan to bail Bobby Shmurda and his GS9 crew out of jail. Sha Money XL, the Epic Records exec who signed Shmurda, has released an official statement clearing up some of the rumors from the ordeal that went down at Quad Studios.

“I was not arrested. They held me until they searched the studio then let me go. I signed these kids to give them a better way in life not to be dragged down by the media and gunned down by the 40 cops that raided the studio and pointed guns at me for working my job. You have no idea how this makes me feel or look when I’m one of the only few black men signing black artist from the streets and giving them a chance to do better in life.”

The crew’s bail is set at two million dollars. This comes after the array of charges that they are facing including gun, drug, attempted murder and murder charges. Check out the full list of charges here and all the weapons that were confiscated from them.

As most of the entertainment world already knows, Bobby Shmurda was arrested yesterday morning along with his GS9 crew and Sha Money XL. They were all at Quad studios in Times Square when police arrested them as a result of an on-going investigation. Although we’re not sure about Sha Money’s fate, it’s been confirmed that there will be an indictment for Shmurda and his crew.
