Nicki Minaj truly had her Barbz all in their feelings with the release of her third album The Pinkprint. After some delays with the project, her fans finally received her latest body of work this month and now we’re beginning to see how successful the album turned out by the numbers. Billboard has revealed that the album almost topped the Billboard 200 album chart.
Falling right behind Taylor Swift’s 1989 album, The Pinkprint sold over 244,000 copies in its first week on the shelves. Along with debuting on the Billboard chart, the Young Money rapper will also be gracing the cover of another major publication. Minaj’s steaming hot Rolling Stone cover, which is slated to be released January 2015, leaked yesterday. This adds on to her collection of covers from the past year including Billboard, Fader, Complex, Dazed, Vogue and more. Check out the cover here.
