There were too many reasons to protest in 2014 and KXNG CROOKED rehashed each pivotal moment in his latest visual. The Slaughterhouse rapper roamed around the slums as footage from news reports about the unjustified deaths of Staten Island native Eric Garner and Cleveland teen Tamir Rice played between his powerful bars. The video also showed various scenes from protests around the country including the Millions March in New York City.
Shot by Crime City Films, the visual for “I Can’t Breathe” comes in support of Crooked’s recent album Sex, Money & Hip-Hop which dropped in December. Crooked was the last member of Slaughterhouse to drop his solo project following Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce Da 5’9″. Does this mean that we’re finally closer to hearing the highly-anticipated Slaughterhouse album? Only time will tell. Watch the video here.
