Tech N9ne can only stay dormant for so long. The successful indie rapper has announced that he will be dropping a new body of work to follow-up last year’s successful album Strangeulation with a new project, Special Effects. Tech will also be hitting the road once again to bring his new music to his loyal fans. Special Effects is set to feature some big names and so will his accompanying tour.
“We’re not giving it all away just yet, but what I can say to all my Technicians who have been patiently waiting for this, get ready for your minds to be blown!” Tech said on his official website. “We made some dreams come true on this album. You will not be disappointed. It’s a beautiful thing.”
The tour, which will begin on April 3, will feature the likes of several well-known, independent artists such as Chris Webby, Krizz Kaliko, MURS, King 810, and ZUSE. No details have been confirmed about the official dates and locations, but the plans should be finalized within the coming weeks. Before he embarks on his upcoming tour, Tech N9ne will be heading down under to Australia and New Zealand to perform in March.
