Those who say Atlanta trio Migos are a hitmaking machine have faced a quandary as of recent: their last project, Rich Nigga Timeline, didn’t spawn any huge radio songs. What is a group of hitmakers if they don’t spawn a hit?
Today they release the first single from their upcoming YRN 2 album, “One Time,” produced by the heavily underrated Deko. It’s got electronic synths dropped throughout the beat, and the hook is pretty catchy. This sounds like more of a crossover hit than anything else on their last project, and if 300 pushes it to radio, it could be big.
Hear it up top. What do you think of “One Time”?
