Kanye West Hints At A Possible Joint Album With Drake On The Breakfast Club [VIDEO]

After dominating New York City with his Yeezy Boosts and his impromptu performances, Kanye West made his unexpected return to the Breakfast Club. Charlamagne Tha God started the show off shockingly positive when he praised Kanye for his new songs “Only One” and “Wolves.” After Charlamagne told Kanye how he really felt about “FourFiveSeconds,” DJ Envy and Angela Yee stirred the conversation by asking him about everything from how he felt his new line with adidas effected the fashion world to his highly-publicized stunt at the Grammys.

“I completely deserved it,” Kanye said in response to being labeled as Charlamagne’s ‘Donkey of the Day.’ “I was completely hypocritical.”

Yeezus also came to the defense of his wife Kim, who’s been facing all kinds of scrutiny from her Paper magazine cover to her recent Twitter war with Amber Rose. He said that Kim can do whatever naked pose she wants on any cover because she’s not doing anything illegal. As far as dealing with his ex, Kanye said he wasn’t compelled to do anything in retaliation and that it was hard for any women to want to be with him after being with Rose. He subliminally fired his own shots by saying that he had to take 30 showers before he got with Kim. Envy even asked if Kim and fellow MILF Beyonce had ever had any problems. Kanye replied that Kim is more like a muse to her than an enemy.

“They love each other. They respect each other,” Kanye said. “When Beyonce’s working on her album, she’s got pictures of Kim on the wall because she represents powerful women. Kim would be playing that song that go “I know you care” ‘7/11’ and playing it for our daughter.”

Mr. West also spoke about his new film venture with Dame Dash, which will rekindle their working relationship that’s been dormant over the past several years. Kanye also revealed some more interesting tidbits about his upcoming album. Yeezy said that the origin of his new song “Wolves” featuring Sia and Vic Mensa stemmed from an earlier plot to release a joint album with Drake.

“The ‘Wolves’ song came from a conversation that me and Drake had when we was going to do an album together,” Kanye admitted. “The album is called Wolves.”

Although both artists have been busy releasing their own music, could a joint album be possible in the distant future? Kanye also talked about new music he has on the way with Young Thug that could appear on Rihanna’s upcoming album, which he is also executively producing. Watch the full interview above.
