The other half of the rap group Stallionnaires had been battling stage four colon cancer. After being misdiagnosed several times, he officially began chemotherapy in 2013. In early 2014, Real told The Urban Daily that his doctor had given him two weeks to live. However since then, Real showed some signs of improvement. That all changed when Real took a nasty fall last month and was bedridden due to his worsening condition. Last night, after a visit with his family, Real started having complications with his vision and speech. He passed away hours later. Real and Chance starred in two seasons of “Real Chance of Love” back in 2008. Prior to their show, the Stallionnaire brothers had made their reality show debuts on VH-1’s dating series “I Love New York” in 2007 and also starred in “Real and Chance: The Legend Hunters in 2010.” Real also appeared on the show “I Love Money.” Real leaves behind his two brothers, his mother, grandmother, his wife of four years, Racquel Givens, and their son. Many celebrities have taken to Twitter to express their condolences to the Givens family.
