UPDATE: TMZ reports that Rozay was indicted in court today (March 1) for allegedly pistol-whipping a groundskeeper on his property. He and his attorney claim that Ross was well within his right to “defend” himself because the groundskeeper was on cocaine at the time. The plot thickens.
The devil is alive in Rick Ross if you touch his house the wrong way. The Maybach Music founder and his bodyguard Nadrian Lateef James were reportedly arrested in Fayette County, Georgia on charges of kidnapping and aggravated battery/assault, according to AJC.
Rozay was reportedly having work done on his mega-mansion, which used to belong to Evander Holyfield, when he got into a fight with one of the workers and attempted to pistol whip the demon out of them. Ross and James were arrested “without incident,” according to Fayette County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Allen Stevens, and are in the Fayette County Jail until the bond hearing.
