5 O’ Clock Beatdrop: Big Sean, Kelela, Juicy J, & More

So many rap songs drop every day, it’s hard to keep track of them all. That’s why we do the 5 O’Clock Beat Drop to collect the best (and sometimes worst) songs of the day in one, easy to find post for your convenience.

Big Sean Ft. Drake & Kanye West “Blessings” (Video)

Following the release of his latest album Dark Sky Paradise, Big Sean teamed up with Kanye West and Drake for the official visual for “Blessings.” The Detroit rapper keeps to the album’s dark theme with black-and-white everything for the short flick.

Juicy J ft. Wiz Khalifa & Rock City “For Everybody”

Not long after releasing his second installment of Blue Dream & Lean, Juicy J released a smooth new banger. Taylor Gang chief Wiz Khalifa and rapper Rock City join Juicy and let the world know that these girls are “For Everybody.”

KiD CuDi – “love.” (Prod. by Dot Da Genius)

While his acting career is starting to skyrocket, Kid Cudi still has time to focus on his music. The Cleveland rapper just released his latest single “love,” but to his loyal fan base the song doesn’t sound that new. It may be a new release, but this song is classic Cudi. Will he switch up his style for Man on the Moon III? Hopefully so.

Kelela – “The Message” (Prod. By Arca)

Leading the pack of powerful new R&B artists is Kelela, whose 2013 tape Cut 4 Me still gets play around here. Nearly two years later, we’re getting her next project, Hallucinogen, lead by the first single, “A Message,” produced by Yeezy collaborator Arca. If you’re not a fan of her after this joint, what are you even using your ears for?

Waka Flocka Flame & DJ Whoo Kid The Turn Up Godz Tour

Waka Flocka always goes hard in the paint with DJ Whoo Kid when they hit the clubs.  Now they’re bringing their club music to their fans with their brand new mixtape Turn Up Godz. The 13-track project features appearances from Future, Machine Gun Kelly, Tony Yayo, Gucci Mane & more. Check out the tape above.
