Jim Jones Defends His Sneaker Game, Says He Gets Paid For IG Comments [VIDEO]

Jim Jones is clapping back at some of his recent haters on Instagram. Recently, the Diplomat posted a picture of Ray Allen’s Air Jordan 11 “Two Rings” PE’s on the ‘Gram and claimed that he’s had them for a minute. Soon after, the haters began to flood his comments and went in on Jones saying that the shoes in question were fake. DJ Vlad caught up with the Harlem spitter to catch Jones’ response to the haters.

“I don’t really give a f*ck about what people say and sh*t,” Jones said. “People always got something to say. N*ggas know what my sneaker credibility and where it stands. And I had them sh*ts for more than a year.”

The “Ballin'” rapper’s followers claimed that his kicks were fake because the gold ring on the tongue is positioned the wrong way. Also, Ray Allen’s red signature at the top of the tongue looked smaller than the authentic pair. To the untrained eye, the position in which Jones is holding the shoe may make the signature appear smaller. However, when compared to other images of the PE’s, the gold ring is actually facing the correct way. Check out the post in question below and compare the shoes for yourself.

He also mentioned that he welcomes the hate comments because he gets a $10,000 for every 1,000 comments he gets.  Listen to the full audio above.
