Since Meek Mill came home from prison late last year, fans have been patiently waiting for his highly-anticipated sophomore release Dreams Worth More Than Money. The album was announced early 2014 to be released last September but was put on hold due to Meek’s unexpected jail time. After serving five months at Hoffman Hall Prison, Meek was released and immediately began promoting the album once again.
Several things have changed since he was in jail. One of the biggest changes is his new boo Nicki Minaj, who has been accompanying him everywhere he goes including his shows in New York City during All Star Weekend. Although he’s still signed to Maybach Music Group, he’s been branching out to collaborate with different camps like the A$AP Mob’s A$AP Ferg and The Conglomerate’s new signee OT Genasis.
The recent release of singles like “Monster” only guarantee us that Meek Mill is still hard at work in the studio perfecting his upcoming body of work. With everything that has happened in his life over the last year, we could be getting a whole new project than what was previously promised to us.
