The Deadpool Movie Will Indeed Be Rated R [VIDEO]

Ever since Deadpool was first announced, fans have agreed that the movie would need to be rated R in order to keep the Marvel Comics fan favorite’s irreverent humor/psychosis and liberal gore around, and 20th Century Fox and Ryan Reynolds seem to agree with them.

JoBlo Trailers posted video confirmation of this fact, complete with a fake Extra! interview with Mario Lopez that ends with Lopez getting smacked in the head by a movie set light – by Reynolds’ Deadpool. “April Fools. The Deadpool movie will of course be rated R,” Reynolds slyly said at the end. It looks like 20th Century Fox might finally have another truly great Marvel movie in the works, here.
