D.R.A.M.’s “Excessive” New Song Gets You High Without Drugs

DRAM excessive

We’ve been on D.R.A.M. for a minute, but today he dropped a new song that looks like he’s going to another level.

“Excessive” is produced by Sango and The SEVENth, but Sango is the face of Soulection, an immensely popular record label that made it’s name on Soundcloud with hours-long mixes. GoldLink, who is down with Soulection, brought D.R.A.M. out weeks ago at a show in Brooklyn, and now it looks like the beatmaster is working closely with Virginia’s shining new vocalist.

The song is true to its title, as D.R.A.M. strains his voice to sing about every single thing he wants from this music shit. Now that he’s tasted a little success with his heavily-buzzing single “Cha Cha,” it sounds like D.R.A.M.’s ambitions are expanding. And we’re here for all of it.
