This New Currensy, Freddie Gibbs and Alchemist Song Is Melting Our Faces Off [LISTEN]

*UPDATE: Listen to Gibbs connect with West Coast legends MC Eiht and Kokane for “Welcome To Los Santos” below as well.

In 2011, Curren$y, Freddie Gibbs, and Alchemist made smokers everywhere spill their Girl Scout Cookies when they dropped “Scottie Pippen” from Covert Coupe. At the time, Gibbs was talking up a collab project with Al called Devil’s Palace and Spitta was one of the hottest rappers in the game. Since that slamming song, however, fans have been thirst for these three to collaborate again. Today, their prayers are finally answered.

“Fetti” (above) is a new song by Gibbs and Curren$y on the upcoming Grand Theft Auto Welcome To Los Santos compilation, which drops on April 21. The entire album is produced by Alchemist and Oh No (a.k.a. Gangrene) so while we don’t have specific credits on the song yet, it sounds like “Fetti” was produced by the duo. And it’s fucking incredible.

Listen to the entire Welcome To Los Santos album on NPR right now. It features Popcaan, E-40, Earl Sweatshirt, Ab-Soul, Action Bronson, Danny Brown, and more.
