What’s beef? N.O.R.E. doesn’t seem to be about that life anymore. These days, the veteran emcee is a lot more civil with fellow Queens native Nas after years of firing shots back and forth. Doggie Diamonds got the opportunity to speak with the other half of CNN to reflect upon resolving their eight-year-long beef.
“That shit felt right,” said Noreaga. “You could squash beef or you could just move on.”
The beef began back in the early 2000’s as a result of Jay Z and Nas’ notorious feud. Since Noreaga was down with the Roc-A-Fella crew, both rappers fired shots at each other like when Nas dissed N.O.R.E’s 2002 album God’s Favorite on Power 105. However, in recent years, Nore has claimed that he’s been wanting to squash the beef for good. Several days ago while celebrating the 21st anniversary of Illmatic in Miami, Nas brought Nore out during his set at Club LIV and officially ended the feud.
Watch them resolve their issues for good below and catch what he had to say about it above.
