Kendrick Lamar is being sued for the above “The Blacker The Berry” single cover, which photographer Giordano Cipriani claims the rapper used without his consent. He’s looking for $150,000 in compensation for every time it was used, and he also wants K Dot to pay his legal fees.
Top Dawg Entertainment, Aftermath, and Interscope are also named as defendants in the suit, which was filed July 10.
