Black Milk & Live Band Nat Turner Destroyed This CD Baby Artist Session

Detroit MC/beatsmith Black Milk has been hard at work promoting his 2014 album If There’s A Hell Below with the world-spanning Play Like Hell Tour. Some time during all the tour cacophony, Milk and his live band Nat Turner managed to stop by CD Baby Studios in Portland, Oregon to bang out some live Black Milk cuts, and they sound pretty amazing.

Milk and Nat Turner have arguably one of the tightest live sets of *any* touring hip-hop act today, if not the most unique, and this 8-minute run through of “Long Story Short” from Tronic and “Everyday Was” and “What It’s Worth” from Hell Below is a huge testament to that previously mentioned tightness.
