As Nicki Minaj herself put it last month, “Anaconda” is a bonafide cultural phenomenon that captured the internet’s hearts, minds, imagination, and thirst when the video dropped – and now Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas is giving her the honor of a lifetime.
In honor of the one-year anniversary of her “Anaconda” video, Minaj’s likeness was sculpted in wax for the whole world to enjoy; the result of six months, 300 body measurements, and 20 artists worth of work. Surprisingly enough, Minaj is the first female rapper to receive the honor from any wax museum:
