This infamous beef is finally starting to lose steam, but it’s not leaving without taking a big chunk out of ticket sales for Nicki Minaj’s Pinkprint Tour.
According to TickPick data analyst Jackson Risco, he told Philly.com that there’s been a noticeably sharp decline in ticket prices that waxes and wanes with the beef. The drops in ticket prices around the time Drake released “Charged Up” and “Back To Back” are much more abrupt than normal.
Riso clarified his findings in an email: “The average ticket price for a Meek Mill [and] Nicki Minaj concert on July 20th was $179…By the time OVO Fest came around, that had fallen nearly 20 percent to $148.”
They seem to have leveled out for now, but that still hurts.
