Dave Chappelle Is Hitting The Road This Fall

*UPDATE: Chappelle just announced dates at the Gramercy Theatre on September 28, 29, and 30. He’ll be playing two shows each day, so if you’re in the NYC area, get on tickets. They will sell out.*

Dave Chappelle enjoys a particular brand of celebrity that most comedians only dream of. After two seasons of his hit sketch series Chappelle’s Show, he left after Comedy Central offered him $50 million in exchange for less creative control on his part. He ditched the scene for years and returned to an adoring crowd who helped him sell out 10 consecutive shows at Radio City Music Hall.

Starting next month, Chappelle will be embarking on a mini-tour across the country, starting in Salt Lake City, Utah and finishing in Hershey, Pennsylvania on October 7. The schedule’s looking like a way to visit fans in parts of the country that don’t get as much exposure, so if he’s in your area, don’t miss him.
