El-P Shares The Photos That Inspired The Run The Jewels Artwork


Since debuting in 2013 and especially after their second LP from last year, El-P and Killer Mike’s duo Run The Jewels has taken the independent scene by storm. Their lyrical sparring and hard-hitting production has cultivated a massive following that includes music fans, artists, and even the people at Marvel Comics; their trademark fist and gun artwork has spawned several homages and works of graffiti on walls in four continents. And today, El-P shared with the world how it all started.
