On August 5th, Sean Price and Wu-Tang affiliate 4th Disciple were in the studio together in Staten Island working on music. At the time they only planned on doing one or two songs together, but their chemistry was so obvious, they decided to do more. The Brownsville MC and the Ohio producer agreed to get back in the lab on August 10th. On August 8th, Sean passed away.
“Me and P had just only recently met but it felt like I had known him for years,” said 4th Disciple. “He was a truthful Brother, Hip-Hop and the world will surely miss his presence. Utmost condolences to his family and crew.”
Those Sean Price and 4th Disciple songs, of which there were three in total, will be released on an upcoming compilation set to drop this coming fall. We’ll keep you updated about the project.
