Tuesday night television just got funnier. Actually, it’s been funnier for almost three years now, but you know good news travels slowly. In 2012 the fledgling Bounce TV Network launched their most successful sitcom, “Family Time” starring Omar Gooding and Angell Conwell. Created by notable showrunner Bentley Kyle Evans (Martin, The Jamie Foxx Show) “Family Time” premiered its third season on Oct. 6, 2015. The successful series chronicles the lives of the recently relocated Stallworth family, guided by Tony, a struggling general contractor and Lisa, an unfulfilled stay-at-home mom. These high school sweethearts lovingly quarrel with each other and their mischievous children Devin and Ebony as they make up their own rules to love, marriage and family along the way.
Tonight’s episode features a guest appearance by hip-hope legends Salt-N-Pepa, so watchLOUD caught up with Gooding and Conwell to talk about their runaway hit.
