On October 31, 2000, Outkast unleashed their weirdest, trippiest, most progressive album ever: Stankonia. Many consider it their masterpiece. It certainly doesn’t sound like anything else in their catalog.
To celebrate the 15th anniversary, MTV has let loose a mini-documentary blending footage from recording sessions for the album with interviews of contemporary artists like Cee-Lo, T.I., Father, and Wale. Check it out up top.
