Future is one of the most in-demand artists in music today; so much so, that he’s being sued by a promoter for allegedly ducking out of a Louisiana show.
According to TMZ, promoter Robert Caillier arranged for Hendrix to play a gig in Louisiana back in August of 2014 and even gave him a $15,000 advance. Caillier is claiming that the Atlanta rapper never showed up, resulting in him losing out on $150,000 in profit on top of the advance. According to sources close to Future, he did show up – and even played one song – but he and his people ducked out early because Caillier allegedly didn’t have the money before he went on.
If the above is true and really is pulling in $150,000 per show, who’s really at loss here? Caillier is suing for $150,000 and the $15K advance.
