*UPDATE 2* With the deluxe edition of PRhyme set to release this Friday, the third new track is ready for your ears. “Golden Era,” featuring Golden Era revivalist Joey Bada$$, is yet another showcase of lyrical gymnastics for Royce da 5’9″ and thumping hardcore from DJ Premier. Give it a listen below.

*UPDATE* After close to a year of waiting, the deluxe edition of PRhyme will finally be dropping on December 11. Aside from the already released “Mode,” featuring Logic, and the Phonte & MF Doom-featuring “Highs And Lows,” expect features from Joey Bada$$ and Black Thought, too! 2015 is about to go out with a bang.

Nearly a year after the release of their self-titled highly acclaimed debut, Detroit spitter Royce da 5’9″ and New York mixmaster supreme DJ Premier, aka PRhyme, have still been riding high off the waves that songs like “U Looz” and “Underground Kings” created.

The duo have been dropping loosies around, especially their single from the Southpaw soundtrack featuring Baltimore MC Logic, and they’ve been hinting toward a deluxe edition of the first album for months on top of that. Our first taste of that deluxe edition is here today, courtesy of Zane Lowe and Beats1 Radio. The new track, featuring North Carolina rapper/singer Phonte and elusive super villain MF Doom, is a hard-hitter just like the rest. Give it a listen above.
