Master P Says “Drugs Are Killing A Lot Of Our Hip-Hop Artists”

In a new interview with the Breakfast Club, the mastermind behind No Limit Records Master P drops a ton of jewels about the difference between the industry today and how it was when he was coming up. He says “drugs are killing a lot of our hip-hop artists” and most artists don’t want to work as hard as they did 20 years ago.

He also talks about how everybody just wants to get high now and mentions syrup as a deadly factor. Sounds familiar to us – we wrote about why rappers need to stop promoting lean.
