Ever since Future and Ciara’s high-profile split, the Atlanta rapper has been on his petty ex grind, both on Twitter and irl. Ciara’s finally had enough and is apparently ready to bring the legal hammer down.

theJasmineBrand reports that Ciara filed a lawsuit against her ex-fiance on January 21st to stop him from spreading false rumors about her parenting and attempting to generally make her look bad. The singer is also asking for $15 million in damages, claiming that Future brought private family business involving their son into the public in an effort to sell copies of DS2.

The two were an extremely high profile couple when they were together, but they called off their engagement in September 2014 shortly after their son (also named Future) was born.
