A-F-R-O & NGHTMRE Recorded A Live Song Directly To Vinyl

As far as young MCs go, A-F-R-O is one of the coldest to ever rip a mic. He got his highest profile moment int he sun recently with a spot on VH1’s The Breaks, but he’s heading toward impromptu territory.

Both A-F-R-O and producer NGHTMRE came together with a live band to record a new song called “Stronger” with Uproxx. It’s plenty crazy on its own, but the big catch here is that the song was recorded straight onto vinyl – in one take, no less.

This is undoubtedly an impressive feat, but it’s not the first time the 17-year-old A-F-R-O has wowed audiences on the internet. From his debut mixtape Definition Of A Rap Flow to his first official music video for “Code #829,” Fro is a lyrical gymnast who’s still leaving heads spinning.

Check the video for “Stronger” above.
