Khrysis continues to carve out his lane with his second official instrumental project MotherFunker. On this follow-up to 2012’s fuNkwhatchuheard, Khrysis displays his growth and range with a mix of soul and funk, seeking to pass along his infectious head bob via a collection that is more than just neck-breaking fun. This project is a journey through his mind. Dive into “MotherFuNker” as the man on the boards seeks to answer the burning question–where would the soul be without the funk?

Earlier this week we offered a sneak peek at a track called “That Bounce,” but now you can stream the full album below:

As an added bonus you can watch the visual accompaniment to “30 Minutes Or Less,” the first track on Motherfunker. The clip features footage from a live Rhythm Roulette at the SAE institute in Atlanta during A3C. Khrysis made three beats in under an hour, but the files got corrupted and the episode never aired. However, the Jamla team was able to gather some Instagram footage of the event to include in this video piece.  The rest of what you see in the visual is a day in LA where Khrysis vibes out with the homie Evidence along with a cameo from Jamla’s fearless leader 9th Wonder. “30 Minutes Of Less” is directed by CamBe.
