Festival SZN Isn’t Over: 10 Music Festivals to Checkout this Year

The summer is almost over. You’ve probably been to a plethora of cookouts, a handful of events, and heard “All the Way Up” one time too many. But, what about the festivals? Did you make it to see your favorite artists perform this year?

If you didn’t get to make all the moves you planned this summer or didn’t have the coins to travel, no worries festival season isn’t over just yet.

Here are 10 music festivals you can checkout while the summer is still here (and some late fall ones) below:

August:

Summer Set Music Festival

Taking place in Somerset, Wisconsin, Summer Set Festival will feature Tory Lanez, DJ Mustard, Flatbush Zombies, Fetty Wap and many more hip-hop based acts. Chance the Rapper and Skrillex will be headlining the three day music fest. Summer Set Festival will take place on August 12th through August 14th. Tickets are available here.

Full Moon Festival

Pusha T, SBTRKT, Santigold, and many more will be hitting the stage for Full Moon Music Festival in NYC. The two day beach side festival will be held in Governor’s Island on August 20th and 21st. Tickets are available here.

Afropunk Fest:

AfroPunk Fest will once again be taking place in Brooklyn’s very own Commodore Barry Park. Over the course of two days, the fest will feature a ton of art, vendors, food trucks, and beautiful people in their best fits. Ice Cube, TV on the Radio, George Clinton and many more will more will be performing. Afropunk Fest will take place on August 27th and August 28th. Tickets can be purchased here.

Breakaway Festival:

Breakaway Festival will feature some of hip-hop’s best acts like Rae Sremmurd, Young Thug, Desiigner, D.R.A.M. and many more. The two day festival will take place at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio on August 26th and 27th. Tickets are available here.
